meet kate, our fearless leader. kate has been teaching fitness in philly since 2014. A former D1 field hockey player with a degree in english and art history, kate traded in copywriting and french impressionism for sweat, community and track pants.
building together, alongside husband james, kate believes fitness should be creative, effective and fun. together athletics is more than a workout, it's a community.

we use aerobic intervals to pick pick up the heart rate and fatigue the muscles with lots of fun sculpting exercises. our “dance cardio” classes are spent entirely on your feet while our “cardio mat” classes bring you up to jump and dance then down on the mat to sculpt.
